Our venues provide the perfect setting for your dreams to come to life. Set against the backdrop of Historic Downtown Lancaster, our majestic Imperial Ballrooms and the stunning outdoor Imperial Terrace provide a breathtaking view of the Lancaster City Skyline. Imagine dancing on marble floors, surrounded by inspiring decor, and having access to private bridal suites. Alternatively, you can host your conference in one of our versatile meeting spaces, suitable for medium or large-size functions. We specialize in providing unique and highly sought-after spaces, all while maintaining a warm and intimate atmosphere for your wedding, special event, or conference.

Imperial Grande Ballroom

The Imperial Grand Ballroom exudes elegance, and its flexible design makes it ideal for hosting a wedding, special event or conference. The ballroom can accommodate up to 275 attendees for sit-down dining, with upgraded King Louis chairs for added comfort. For lecture or theater-style meetings, up to 360 attendees can enjoy unobstructed views of the speaker and access any necessary technology. Additionally, the ballroom features a built-in bar, ample pre-function space, and adjacent meeting rooms. Its versatile layout can support formal presentations or create a relaxed setting for learning and networking. We also offer a beautifully decorated Bridal Suite (see below) near the Grande Ballroom. Imperial Blue Ballroom

As your guests enter the Imperial Blue Ballroom, they are greeted by an electric ambiance. This venue exudes a sophisticated and timeless style that is ideal for any occasion. The ballroom is illuminated by natural light from the wall of windows facing the Ewell Plaza and Downtown Lancaster. Its close proximity to the Atrium and direct access to the outdoor Imperial Terrace make this space exceptionally versatile for meeting your needs. It’s your wedding day and all the details are in place.  Now it’s time to prepare the Bride for the most memorable day of a lifetime!  We offer a beautifully decorated Bridal Suite near each Ballroom (see above) to prepare makeup, hair styles and wedding attire with full length mirrors and plenty of counter-top space with an abundance of electrical outlets.  Each Bridal Suite is equipped with a ½ bathroom and ample lighting.  No detail is overlooked at the Imperial Ballrooms. We haven’t forgotten about the Groom and his groomsmen either. At request, you can as well utilize the conference rooms we have available. View Spaces and Specifications

Imperial Terrace

Prepare to be “wowed”! The spacious Imperial Terrace is really too cool for words, and yes… on the Terrace you can have your cake and eat it, too.  A green roof covers over half of the open-air space, and can accommodate table seating for up to 160 guests. The Imperial Terrace works, rain or shine! The uncovered area next to Ewell Plaza captures dazzling sunshine by day, and provides an ideal viewing area to watch the stars and moon illuminate the night sky. The Imperial Terrace is the ultimate setting for both networking and leisure. Embrace the city vibes with Binns Park in the background. Frame your experience and ensure your event is a success. When you first step on the escalator and get whisked up to the open space, a sense of awe takes over as you experience the open, skylight-covered Atrium at the Imperial Ballrooms. This 35-foot-high skylight space is also graced with a stunning ornate chandelier by Italian designer, Massimo Scolari. The Atrium space flows directly to the Imperial Blue Ballroom and the Imperial Terrace. It is also connected to the Imperial Grande Ballroom by a grand staircase with a glass railing, or it can be accessed via the elevators.  When used for your pre-reception, this glorious space becomes an ideal setting for love-filled moments, and a wonderful location for making memories with your friends and family. Conference and Meeting Room Spaces

Remote with us! Getting down to business is your goal and you can do just that in any of our stylish conference rooms. Your function can meet in seven different meeting or breakout rooms, go to a large venue for a group meeting, and then dine in another space. Our conference rooms can handle up to 120 attendees in one of our eight break-out rooms, including two board rooms for executive use or for smaller meetings. All of the Imperials’ conference rooms come equipped with a 70” monitor and all the Wi-Fi you’ll need. Our conference rooms, “Conference Row” span the north side of the Holiday Inn, along the hallway with the restroom and elevator lobby in the center of it all. Our larger venues are across the hall, or visible from the second story looking over the Atrium. Also, being a new facility, we have built-in digital conferencing capability to connect colleagues in separate rooms or across the globe. Our conference rooms are set up to aid you in having a successful meeting, and to allow you to reap the benefits of all that surrounds them.
